Contracts Specialists
Location: Riyadh
Reporting to: Contracts Manager
Overview
As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Legal Department with comprehensive contract lifecycle management and ensuring adherence to governance and risk principles. You will be instrumental in driving compliance, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
Main responsibilities (includes but not limited to)
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, revise, and maintain contracts for vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all contractual agreements meet regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Develop, implement, and refine governance structures and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor compliance, identify trends of non-conformance, and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain adherence to relevant regulations and frameworks, promoting ethical practices.
- Stakeholder and Database Management:
- Maintain an organized database of contracts and associated details for efficient tracking.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advisory Role:
- Offer expert advice and practical support to departments on contractual and compliance matters.
- Act as a trusted legal partner in facilitating smooth operations within the organization.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law (required).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in legal contract management or related roles.
- Membership in the Saudi Bar Association.
- GRCP, CRMA, or similar professional accreditation.
- Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
